The Audacity Performing Arts Project, Inc. Non-Discrimination Policy

The Audacity Performing Arts Project, Inc. prohibits both discrimination against and harassment of any individual person, and ensures that all personnel practices are administered on individual merit and capability without regard to race, religion, color, age, sex, national origin, or ancestry, immigration status, sexual orientation including gender expression or identity, genetic information, disability, veteran status, or other factors identified and protected by law.

In short, discrimination of any kind is wholly outside acceptable behavior and will not be supported by The Audacity Performing Arts Project, Inc.

The Audacity Performing Arts Project, Inc. also acknowledges that our primary address sits on the traditional home of the Tamien Ohlone people. Audacity acknowledges this land was never ceded nor was sovereignty surrendered. Audacity acknowledges that the basic human rights or humanity of the Tamien Ohlone people were ever acknowledged with the settling of this region. The Audacity Performing Arts Project, Inc. acknowledges this reality.
